We grow more than 20 different crops and at least 108 varieties over the course of the year. We love trying new varieties and grow a vast majority of our produce from open-pollinated and heirloom seeds.
We do use organic seeds when they are available. We do not purchase or grow seeds that are genetically engineered.
Fruits & vegetables that we grow on our farm include:
- Brussels sprouts
- Herbs (basil, cilantro, dill, oregano, parsley, rosemary, sage)
- Mustard greens
- Peppers (hot and sweet)
- Salad mix
- Summer squash
- Sweet potatoes
- Swiss chard
- and more!
We also grow an assortment of annual and perennial flowers for fresh-cut bouquets and wholesale flower buckets.
We grow several hundred feet of flowers each season. We always include garden standards like tulips, sunflowers, snapdragons, celosia, and zinnia, and each season try out some experimental blooms too.
And we grow an assortment of potted plants for sale at market.
This includes a variety of culinary herbs, native plants, eye-catching annuals, and an assortment of edible flowers.
